By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

4. App Purpose and Description

Napz is a baby sleep tracking application that helps parents monitor and understand their infant's sleep patterns through data collection, analysis, and insights. The App allows users to log sleep sessions, track patterns over time, and receive general information about infant sleep development.

5. Account Registration and Security

Account Creation

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your email address and chosen username. You agree to update this information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.

Password Security and User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password
• You must not share your password with anyone
• Napz will never ask you for your password outside the secure login process
• If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must immediately change your password and contact our support team at support@napz.app
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Account Suspension and Deactivation

Napz reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or deactivate any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms of Service, engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity, or otherwise misused in a manner that may compromise the integrity, security, or operation of the App or its community of users.

6. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

What You Must NOT Do

You agree not to use the App in any manner that:

• Violates any applicable laws, regulations, or bylaws of any jurisdiction
• Is fraudulent, criminal, or unlawful
• Contains inaccurate or outdated information
• Is obscene, indecent, pornographic, vulgar, profane, racist, sexist, discriminatory, offensive, derogatory, harmful, harassing, threatening, embarrassing, malicious, abusive, hateful, menacing, defamatory, or untrue
• Impersonates any other person or entity or misrepresents a relationship
• Infringes upon copyright, intellectual property rights, privacy, or other rights of Napz or any third party
• Involves the use, delivery, or transmission of viruses, malware, trojan horses, or other harmful code
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt the App or our systems
• Reproduces, duplicates, copies, or resells the App or any part thereof without authorization
